I want to listen and understand you, your world, and your pain. I feel privileged that you might allow me into your heart and mind and I hold that privilege with compassion. We will work collaboratively to explore what is most important to you and to help you make the changes you want. I decided to become a counselor after working as a chemical engineer, raising and sometimes homeschooling my children, and volunteering extensively. I have always enjoyed getting to know people and learning about their specific situations and experiences. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, traveling, reading and spending time with my family. I returned to Maine in 2020 after living "away" for 30 years. Please note that I do not take insurance but can provide a Superbill for you to submit for out of network coverage. Also, we can discuss a sliding scale if needed.
